【摘 要】石油天然气作为最主要的化石能源，具有重要的战略意义，被称为国民经济的血脉。石油企业档案，是石油事业发展进程重要的组成部分与信息化资源，如何在传统的档案管理基础上，充分利用现代科技新手段，在硬件和软件以及思维方式上探索创新，实现石油企业档案的利用价值最大化，这是当前石油档案工作中存在的普遍问题。

【Abstract】As the most important fossil energy， petroleum and natural gas have important strategic significance and are called the blood of the national economy. Petroleum enterprise archives are an important part of the development process of petroleum industry and information resources. How to make full use of modern scientific and technological means on the basis of traditional archives management， explore and innovate in hardware， software and mode of thinking， and realize the maximum value of petroleum enterprise archives is a common problem in current petroleum archives work.

石油企業档案是在科研生产过程中，形成的最原始最详细的信息记录，包括油气勘探、石油炼化、钻探开采、管道输送、厂区基建、经营管理以及安全保护等。有文字、数据、图表、声像、胶片、实物等形式;有纸质文本，有磁带、光盘、软盘等不同载体的电子档案。因其真实性、权威性、不可替代性，成为石油企业竞争力的核心要素之一，是与企业同步发展的无形资产，给企业的科研经营等决策提供信息服务和数据支持。面对地质结构的复杂变化和勘探程度的不断加深，要在前人的研究成果基础上，运用更先进的科技手段去发现和创新。互联网时代高科技的蓬勃发展，给石油企业的档案工作提供了新理念新手段，也面临新更多的机遇和挑战。
