【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径模式在老年精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年1月-2018年12月收治的100例老年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组与研究组。对照组实施常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上实施临床护理路径干预。比较两组临床护理满意度及NOSIE因子评分。结果：研究组临床护理满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的84.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组社会能力评分为（3.12±0.05）分，个人卫生评分为（2.97±0.18）分，精神病表现评分为（3.02±0.17）分，退缩评分为（3.27±0.12）分，抑郁评分为（3.32±0.11）分，个人兴趣评分为（2.75±0.19）分，激惹评分为（2.81±0.63）分，均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在老年精神分裂症患者中应用临床护理路径模式的效果确切。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway model in elderly patients with schizophrenia. Method： From January 2017 to December 2018， a total of 100 elderly patients with schizophrenia were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method， patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was given routine nursing， while the research group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Clinical nursing satisfaction and NOSIE factor scores were compared between the two groups. Result： The clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （84.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The social ability score was （3.12±0.05） points， personal hygiene score was （2.97±0.18） points， psychiatric performance score was （3.02±0.17） points， withdrawal score was （3.27±0.12） points， depression score was （3.32±0.11） points， personal interest score was （2.75±0.19） points， and the irritation score was （2.81±0.63） points of the study group， which were higher than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway model is effective in elderly patients with schizophrenia.

精神分裂癥为临床常见精神障碍类疾病，属于慢性迁延性疾病，且致残率高，对患者的社会功能、生活质量等均造成较为严重的影响[1-2]。临床需加强护理干预措施，以改善患者的疾病预后[3-4]。本次研究旨在探讨临床护理路径模式在老年精神分裂症患者中的应用效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2017年1月-2018年12月收治的100例老年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。纳入标准：（1）确诊为精神分裂症;（2）年龄≥60岁;（3）临床资料完整。排除标准：合并其他严重疾病，如糖尿病、脑梗死等。按照随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组与研究组，各50例。研究组男23例，女27例;年龄60～89岁，平均（71.50±3.65）岁;病程3～30年，平均（10.65±3.50）年。对照组男21例，女29例;年龄60～89岁，平均（71.35±3.70）岁;病程3～30年，平均（10.55±3.65）年。两组一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），有可比性。研究经患者及家属同意并签订参与协议，获得院内伦理委员会批准。

1.2 方法

对照组实施常规护理。包括开展常规康复训练健康指导，并严格依照常规康复训练方法实施。指……
