[摘要] 目的 分析血液透析患者輔以细节护理干预在预防置管感染的作用与价值。 方法 方便选择2017年4月—2019年1月于该院接受血液透析的患者50例为研究对象，参照计算机随机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组，对照组血液透析患者辅以常规护理干预，观察组患者在此基础上强化细节护理干预，对比两组患者护理满意度，检测并分析各组患者护理前后肝功能指标、血液指标、生存质量评分差异，统计并计算两组患者置管感染发生率。结果 观察组患者此次护理总满意度100.00%明显优于对照组（χ2=8.140，P<0.05）。两组患者未辅以护理干预前，肝功能指标、血液指标、生存质量评分等差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），经护理干预后，观察组患者尿素氮（10.49±1.03）mmol/L、24 h尿蛋白（3.08±0.21）mg低于对照组，血清白蛋白（46.38±1.21）g/L、血红蛋白（115.78±0.37）g/L高于对照组，生存质量评分（80.89±1.17）分高于对照组（t=16.480、10.750、9.360、14.220、21.540，P<0.05）。观察组患者发生置管感染情况的概率较对照组相比更低（χ2=5.980，P<0.05）。结论 血液透析患者辅以细节护理干预能够改善患者肝功能及血液指标，提高生存质量，预防置管感染，患者满意度更高，值得临床推广。

The Role of Detailed Care in Preventing Hemodialysis Tube Infection

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the role and value of hemodialysis patients with detailed nursing intervention in the prevention of catheter infection. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were convewent selected as subjects. The results of randomized randomization were divided into observation group and control group. Hemodialysis patients in the control group were supplemented with routine nursing intervention， the observation group patients on this basis to strengthen the detailed nursing intervention， compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients， detect and analyze the differences in liver function indicators， blood indicators， quality of life scores before and after treatment， statistics and calculate the two groups of patients in the management of the incidence of infection. Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group（100.00%） was significantly better than that of the control group （χ2=8.140， P<0.05）. Before the two groups of patients were not supplemented by nursing intervention， there was no statistically significant difference in liver function index， blood index and quality of life score（P>0.05）. After nursing intervention， the patients in the observation group had low urea nitrogen （10.49±1.03）mmol/L and 24h urine protein （3.08±0.21）g/L. In the control group， serum albumin （46.38±1.21）g/L and hemoglobin （115.78±0.37）g/L were higher than the control group， and the quality of life score （80.89±1.17） points was higher than that of the control group （t=16.480， 10.750， 9.360， 14.220， 21.540， P<0.05）. The probability of catheter infection was lower in the observation group than in the control group （χ2=4.980， P<0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with detailed nursing intervention can improve liver function and blood parameters， improve the quality of life， prevent tube infection， and have higher patient satisfaction， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

当前，伴随着医学的不断发展，人们的健康观念逐步增强，对医疗服务的要求相应增高，为临床的护理干预工作提出了更高的挑战[1]。细节护理是最近几年较为盛行的服务干预模式之一，其由细小处着手，极大程度提高了护理质量及患者满意度。对于血液透析患者来讲，导管感染是较为常见的一种并发症，对患者的身心健康及生活乃至生命安全均造成严重危害，因而，需强化血液透析患者的护理干预工作，做好导管感染的预防，保障透析质量及患者安全[2]。该文方便选择2017年4月—2019年1月于该院接受血液透析的患者50例为研究对象，探究细节护理干预的应用价值，现报道如下。……
