【摘 要】在市场经济快速发展和经济结构转型的影响下，企业之间的市场竞争日益激烈。为保证企业实现长期可持续发展，需要企业不断调整产业结构和扩大生产规模，不断适应市场经济的发展变化。在企业日常生产经营过程中，各项运营活动的开展都离不开资产的运作。随着企业资产规模的扩大，对企业的资产管理提出了更高的要求，如何实现资产管理与预算管理的有机结合是值得企业管理者深入探究的问题。因此，论文对企业资产管理与预算管理有效结合的路径进行了分析。

【Abstract】Under the influence of the rapid development of market economy and the transformation of economic structure， the market competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to ensure the long-term sustainable development of enterprises， it is necessary for enterprises to constantly adjust the industrial structure and expand the production scale， and constantly adapt to the development and changes of the market economy. In the process of daily production and operation of enterprises， the development of various operation activities is inseparable from the operation of assets. With the expansion of enterprises' asset scale， higher requirements are put forward for asset management of enterprises. How to realize the organic combination of asset management and budget management is a problem worthy of further exploration by enterprise managers. Therefore， the paper analyzes the path of effective combination of asset management and budget management of enterprises.

1 引言

在市场经济快速发展的推动下，各个企业的生产规模也在不断扩大，企业在实现经济效益增加的同时，也为企业的资产管理工作带来了一定的难度[1]。因此，在企业日常生产经营过程中，相关的管理人员应当选择科学合理的管理方式，不断提高企业资产管理的效率，以实现企业资产的保值增值。现阶段，企业的资产管理工作还存在着一定的问题，企业内部各部门的分工不够明确，相应的管理方式过于滞后，再加上缺少完善的资产管理体系，制约了企业的良性发展。面对诸多的问题，企业管理者应当将预算管理方式融入企业的资产管理工作中，以实现企业资产资源的优化整合，从而不断提高企业的综合竞争力。
