【摘 要】目前，随着我国城市化进程不断加快，各区域交通工程建设力度不断加大。在公路施工管理过程中，必须要加强安全管控工作，从而全面提高交通工程的建设水平，使得交通工程建设任务顺利完成。论文首先对交通工程施工安全管理体系进行了概述，阐述了当前施工过程中存在的问题，最后提出了有效的解決措施，以期为相关人员的实践工作奠定一定的理论基础。

【Abstract】At present， with the rapid development of urbanization in China， the construction efforts of traffic engineerings in various regions is constantly increasing. In the process of highway construction management， it is necessary to strengthen the safety management and control work， so as to comprehensively improve the construction level of traffic engineering and make the construction task of highway engineering complete smoothly. Firstly， the paper summarizes the construction safety management system in traffic engineering， expounds the problems existing in the current construction process， and finally puts forward effective solutions， so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the practical work of relevant personnel.

1 引言

在交通工程施工安全管理体系落实的过程中，必须要针对存在的问题进行全面分析，无论是安全管理认识，还是交通工程安全管理体系构建、以及生产过程中的投入经费，都需要进行深入分析，采取合理化的安全管理建议，保证公路施工顺利进行，才能在整体上对交通工程经济效益进行控制，将安全隐患降到最低，保证公路建设质量、维护人员的生命安全。因此，现阶段对交通工程施工安全管理体系进行分析，具有至关重要的现实意义。

2 交通工程施工安全管理体系概述

2.1 内涵

在实施安全建设管理过程中，必须要考虑到工程的实际建设情况，制定科学合理的施工方案，解决施工过程中存在的问题，尤其是目前在交通工程建设过程中，必须要应用全面的安全施工管理模式，对各个施工环节都需要严格地控制。做好安全管理控制工作，才能最大程度上提高施工建设的质量。……
