摘 要 高校是为社会培养和输送人才的花园，它负责把一个个懵懂的学生培养成能够报效社会的人才，这也是学校的使命。进入到大学以后，学生不仅仅要掌握各种知识，更要到社会上去丰富自己的阅历并且一定要有端正的思想。随着社会的不断进步与发展，各种各样的信息都在影响这我们生活的方方面面。大数据时代的到来，给学校教育方面的工作以及思想方面工作都是带来了很大的挑战与机遇。所以我们现在怎样能在这些困难前用好大数据，让它能给我们的教育工作带来帮助是当下最重要的问题，所以本文就在大数据时代下高校都面临了哪些问题及做出的措施加以简要的分析。

Abstract Colleges and universities are the gardens for cultivating and transporting talents for the society. It is responsible for cultivating ignorant students into talents who can serve the society. This is also the mission of the school. After entering the university， students must not only master all kinds of knowledge， but also enrich their experience in the society and must have correct thinking. With the continuous advancement and development of society， all kinds of information are affecting all aspects of our lives. The advent of the era of big data has brought great challenges and opportunities to the work of school education and the work of thinking. So how can we use big data before these difficulties so that it can help our education work is the most important issue at the moment， so this paper analyzed the problems faced by colleges and universities in the era of big data and the measures.

大数据时代，它的到来即创新了社会信息方面的技术并且大数据正在朝着能够为国家，各种企业以及个体等形成一种新的管理方式，并且能到达一个新的思维起点方向发展。[1]高校学生在网络等新的技术方面它们一直都是走在前面的，所以学生和老师不管是在生活方面，还是学习方面都是最先受到了大数据的影响。所以我们现在的重点是，利用好大数据这种发展趋势，如何为教育工作做出贡献。
