摘 要 师生关系研究一直是教育工作者关注的一个热点。中职院校传统的师生关系已不能适应当前信息时代的快速发展，也不利于学生的学习和成长，严重制约了之中职院校教育教学的效果。通过问卷调查法和文献法，从师生关系的认识、满意度、教师角色定位以及影响师生关系的主要因素四个方面对自贡市某一中职院校的师生关系进行分析，把握当前中职院校师生关系的现状及其存在的问题，从而为中职院校提供构建良好师生关系的方法。

Abstract The study of teacher-student relationship has always been a hot spot for educators. The traditional teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational colleges can no longer adapt to the rapid development of the current information age， and is not conducive to the study and growth of students， which seriously restricts the effect of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. Through questionnaire survey and literature method， this paper analyzes the teacher-student relationship of a vocational college in Zigong City from four aspects： the understanding of teacher-student relationship， satisfaction， teacher role orientation and the main factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students. The status quo and problems of the teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational colleges provide a method for constructing a good teacher-student relationship for secondary vocational colleges.

0 引言

良好的師生关系不仅有助于提高教育教学质量，还有利于学生形成良好的价值观、道德观和人生观，它不仅能够促进教师与学生之间的相互尊重和信任，还能影响教育教学活动整体的水平并有效提高教师教育教学质量。[1]以自贡市某一中职院校为例，通过问卷调查的方法，利用人工统计和计算机软件对数据进行处理，简要分析中职院校师生关系的现状及其存在的问题。

1问题的提出缘由

随着信息时代的快速发展，我国中职教育也积极地进行着改革，师生关系相关问题的研究成为重要的方面之一，因为良好的师生关系是影响现代中职教育教学质量的一个重要因素，它既可促进学生的全面发展，又可激励教师的终身学习。所以作为一名优秀的中职教育教师，应该主动与学生有效的互动，积极增进师生之间的情感，为建立良好的师生关系做出自己的贡献。……
