摘 要 近年来，我国各大高职院校逐渐将人才培养重点转向创新创业教育。站在高职院校的发展角度来看，如何将管理类专业教育融入高职创新创业教育，并以此实现对学生创新精神和创业能力的有效提高，以此展现高职院校的教育质量，成为了当代高职院校着重关注的问题。本文通过介绍高职创新创业教育的发展现状，分析现阶段高职创新创业教育系统中存在的问题，并结合实际，提出高职创新创业教育融入管理类专业教育的方法。

Abstract In recent years， China's major vocational colleges have gradually shifted the focus of talent training to innovation and entrepreneurship education. From the perspective of the development of higher vocational colleges， how to integrate management professional education into higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education， and to achieve effective improvement of students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability， so as to demonstrate the quality of education in higher vocational colleges It has become a major concern of contemporary higher vocational colleges. This paper introduces the development status of higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education， analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education system at present， and puts forward the method of integrating higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education into management professional education.

0 前言

创新创业教育是一种本质上具有较强实用性的实践教学模式，该模式是在以学生创业意识、创新精神以及创新创业能力为教学核心的前提下所展开的，这为高职院校对人才的培养提供了可靠的保障。另外，由于管理类专业教育作为高职院校的生存根基和竞争力核心，因此促进在高职创新创业教育与管理类专业教育的相融合是当前高职院校首要任务。根据社会经济转型方向来看，社会企业对高职院校毕业生的总体质量要求越来越严格，为了保证高职院校顺利能够开展创新创业教育模式，高职院校就必须结合当代社会对创新创业人才的需求，将创新创业教育与管理类专业教育相融合。

1 高职创新创业教育的发展现状
