摘 要 在校学生进入企业实习是增强学生实践能力和检验学校专业培养效果的重要举措，然而在校生实习期间可能面临的事故伤害风险是企业、学校在学生实习安全管理过程中不可忽视的难题。在归纳实习学生伤害事故处理的相关规定的基础上，提出深化校企联合构筑的保障机制是学生实习伤害的有效举措，加强实习学生全过程安全管理和完善学生伤害赔偿体系是实现这一机制行之有效的措施。

Abstract It is an important measure for students to enter the enterprise internship to enhance students' practical ability and test the effect of school professional training. However， the risk of accidental injury that the students may face during their internship is a difficult problem that cannot be ignored in the process of student internship safety management by the company and the school. On the basis of summarizing the related regulations for dealing with injures in student internships， it is proposed that deepening protection mechanism of intern student at school constructed by school and enterprise is an effective measure for student internship injury. Strengthening the whole process of student internship safety management and perfecting the student injury compensation system are effective measures to achieve this mechanism.

0 引言

在校生到企業实习，是课堂学习的延续，是提升学生实践能力的有效途径，能够很好地实现学校人才培养与社会人才需求的无缝对接，校企合作培养人才能够有效提高人才培养效果，是学生、企业、学校三方共赢的积极举措。然而，由于实习学生的可能面临事故伤害却让企业深感棘手。实习企业一方面担心实习学生会引发生产安全事故；另一方面还要顾虑受伤害学生的赔偿问题。使得很多企业不愿意接收在校学生实习，解决好这一后顾之忧是深化校企联合人才培养模式的基础保障。

1 实习学生伤害事故处理相关规定

1996年，劳动部颁布试行的《企业职工工伤保险试行办法》第六十一条规定：“到参加工伤保险的企业实习的大中专院校、技工学校、职业高中学生发生伤亡事故的，可以参照本办法的有关待遇标准，由当地工伤保险经办机构发给一次性待遇”。……
