摘 要 后冷战时代，影响国际冲突的因素发生了重大的变化，文化因素在国际关系中显得越来越重要，引起了普遍的关注。亨廷顿的“文明冲突论”从文明的视角，分析影响世界政治格局的核心是西方文明与非西方文明之间的力量博弈，文明的冲突是今后世界各国冲突的核心要素，也是冲突的主要形式。这些论述带有片面性，但不可否认的是在国际的冲突中，文化因素在当中扮演了重要的角色。在文化因素不断凸显的现代世界，要维护世界的和平共处，那就需文明和谐交流。通过这个途径，化解文明冲突所带来的矛盾，打造人类命运共同体，共享人类文明成果，促进人类共同发展。

Abstract In the post-Cold War era， the factors affecting international conflicts have undergone major changes. Cultural factors have become more and more important in international relations and have caused widespread concern. From the perspective of civilization， Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations" analyzes the core of the political structure of the world. It is the power game between Western civilization and non-Western civilization. The conflict of civilizations is the core element of conflicts in the world and the main form of conflict. These arguments are one-sided， but it is undeniable that cultural factors play an important role in international conflicts. In the modern world where cultural factors are constantly emerging， to maintain the peaceful coexistence of the world， it requires civilized and harmonious exchanges. Through this approach， we will resolve the contradictions brought about by the clash of civilizations， build a community of human destiny， share the fruits of human civilization， and promote the common development of mankind.

亨廷顿的“文明冲突论”从文明的视角分析了冷战后世界政治格局。他从众多因素中看到了文明因素对于国际关系的重要性，并且指出了在新的世界中，文明的冲突是引起国家之间冲突的核心要素，是冲突的主要形式。“文明冲突论”中由于作者立场问题，存在一些很大的局限性，但是它给予我们一个审视世界政治格局新的视角，有利于我们把握冷战后世界的走向。不可否认文化因素在国际关系中的地位逐渐上升，在引起冲突的众多因素中扮演了重要的角色。“文明冲突论”中把目光聚焦在因文明差异而引起的冲突，夸大了冲突性；从另一方面看，文明的差异正是文明交流的必要性。……
