摘 要 国家“一带一路”倡议的提出，为中国文化的外宣提供了良好的契机，让更多的人接触到了西方文化及中西文化的差异。基于中西文化差异的语言学习无疑是一个比较好的思路，无疑会促进汉译英技能的提高。本文从中西思维差异的角度出发，在图里规范理论的指导下来研究英语四六级翻译中被动语态的翻译策略。

Abstract The introduction of the national "One Belt and One Road" strategy has provided a good opportunity for the Chinese culture to be publicized， allowing more people to come into contact with Western culture and the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. Language learning based on the differences between Chinese and Western cultures is undoubtedly a good idea， which will undoubtedly promote the improvement of Chinese-English translation skills. From the perspective of the differences between Chinese and Western thinking， this paper studies the translation strategies of passive voices in CET4 or CET6 translations under the guidance of the normative theory in the figure.

中国政府提出的 “一带一路”倡议，地区范围涵盖了亚太地区和欧洲地区，包括了60多个国家的30多亿人口。“一带一路”倡议的目标在于各国政府能够建立政治互信、经济融合和文化包容的共同体，说明了文化的交流，与政治和经济的交流处在同等地位上。然而，各民族之间的语言文化交流是最大的障碍，同时文化的欣赏和认可是交流的基础，因此文化走出去是当务之急，而文化传播的重要载体和主要方式是翻译。[1]在图里的翻译规范论中，译者可能会遵循源语言的规范，翻译过程倾向于对文本进行 “充分翻译”（adequate translation），也有可能由于翻译目的的不同而侧重于遵循目标语规范——目标文本的可接受性（acceptability）。在实际翻译中，译者的翻译过程其实就是两个极端的混合与妥协。在图里看来，“规范”是存在于语言、文化以及翻译现实之中的一种客观现象。[2]在文化外宣过程中，我们应该考虑这种文化传播的目的，不要只考虑目标语的规范，还要充分考虑到原语规范及中国特色的文化的外宣目的。……
