摘 要 大学文化是大学的灵魂，大学文化建设是高校建设发展的重要组成部分。大学用人文精神培育出全面发展的优秀人才，使其成为民族复兴和文化复兴的中坚，引领社会前进。文化育人，大学文化建设与艺术人才“第二课堂”的培育和实践有着密切联系。现如今社会发展对大学生综合素质提出了更高的要求，如何在大学文化建设视域下，通过“第二课堂”活动的开展培育符合社会需求的艺术人才值得高校，特别是艺术院校的深思和探索。本文将以广西艺术学院为例，运用文献资料法、案例分析法等方法就大学文化建设视域下艺术人才“第二课堂”的培育与实践进行深入探索和研究，以期为国内艺术院校艺术人才的培养提供一定的参考。

Abstract University culture is the soul of the university， and university culture construction is an important part of the development of colleges and universities. The university has cultivated outstanding talents with all-round development with the humanistic spirit， making it the backbone of national rejuvenation and cultural rejuvenation， and leading the society forward. Cultural education， university culture construction and the cultivation and practice of the "second classroom" of artistic talents are closely related. Nowadays， social development puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of college students. How to cultivate the artistic talents that meet the needs of the society through the "Second Classroom" activities in the perspective of university culture construction is worthy of the deep thought of colleges and universities， especially art colleges and explore. This article will take Guangxi Arts Institute as an example to explore and study the cultivation and practice of the "second classroom" of art talents in the field of university culture construction with the methods of literature and case analysis， in order to provide some reference for the cultivation of art talents in domestic art colleges.
