[摘 要]通过对我国农村会计管理中存在的问题的分析，发现我国农村会计管理存在管理制度不完善、管理政策落实不到位、工作人员素质较低、监督机制不健全、会计人员年龄老化、财务公开透明度不高等问题，提出加强农村会计管理的对策建议：完善农村会计管理制度，将管理落实到位；培养专业会计人员，提高会计人员素质；稳定农村会计队伍，注入新鲜血液；建立健全激励和考核机制；加大财务公开透明度、保障农民的知情权。

Abstract： wbased on the analysis of the existing problems in Chinas rural accounting management， found that Chinas rural accounting management system， such as incomplete management system， management， policy implementation does not reach the designated position， staff quality low and supervision mechanism is not sound， the aging of accounting personnel， financial disclosure transparency is not high， puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the management of the rural accounting suggestion： perfect rural accounting management system， will manage in the essence； Training professional accountants and improving the quality of accountants； Stable rural accounting team， injecting fresh blood； Establishing and perfecting competitive incentive mechanism and strengthening assessment； We will increase transparency in financial transparency and protect farmers right to know. With xi jinping， general secretary of the “area” is proposed and the progress of our countrys economy， Chinas rural farmers living standards continue to improve， ideas are constantly updated， features of the comprehensive construction socialism new countryside has a more profound understanding and the understanding； More and more of the CPC central committee on rural huimin policy， pay more and more attention to the construction of the rural， with the implementation of huimin policy， a large number of investment funds and materials management in rural areas， rural accounting work to have higher requirements， the rural accounting work must become focus on content.

随着生活水平的不断提高，思想观念的不断更新，我国农民对全面建设中国特色社会主义新农村有了更加深刻的认识与理解。党中央十分重视乡村建设，对农村的惠民政策越来越多，随着这些政策的实施，以及对农村大量的物资投入，对农村会计工作有了更高的要求。尽管政府不断加强农村会计管理工作，培养了大批农村会计工作人员，但是我国农村会计还存在诸多问题，无法满足时代进步的要求。针对此现象，本文对我国农村会计管理中存在的问题进行研究，并提出相关的对策建议。

一、农村会计的定义

农村会计是以货币作为主要计量单位，对农村集体经济组织的经济活动进行连续、全面、系统和综合的反映和监督，并在此基础上对农村经济活动进行分析、预测和控制的一种管理活动。……
