[摘 要]随着经济不断发展，我国正在从市场经济向信用经济转型，金融伦理逐渐进入众多学者的研究领域，并被渗入到各大金融高等学校课程设置中。因此建立健全金融伦理教育体系才能切实保证金融院校大学生金融伦理教育的有效性和实用性，为我国金融业健康稳定发展提供有力保证。

Abstract： With the continuous development of national economy， our country is in transition to market economy the preliminary of the development of credit economy， however， with the continuous development of economic and financial industry thriving financial products innovation， the financial sector has negative events occurred frequently， financial ethics into numerous scholars in the field of study， and have been penetrated into each big financial institutions of higher learning of undergraduate curriculum. Therefore set up a perfect financial ethics education system and professional quality lead to to ensure that financial institutions financial effectiveness and practicability of the moral education for college students， for the financial industry and the national economy healthy and stable development of a powerful guarantee.

金融伦理学的本质是使人们明确金融的价值取向和行为规定。解决金融市场中的交易利益冲突和维持金融市场秩序稳定，都需要金融伦理的参与和调度。
