[摘 要]2018届全国高校毕业生人数达到820万人，需要通过多种形式的就业服务来促进高等学校毕业生就业。目前，国家级、学校级和市场领域的就业服务供给在提供就业服务的同时，也存在着一定问题，国家就业服务平台要通过高校就业信息平台发挥作用，采用多种途径完善高等学校的就业服务供给平台，从诚信建设角度完善市场就业服务平台。

Abstract： The number of college graduates in the year 2018 has reached 8.2 million， and it is necessary to promote the employment of college graduates through various forms of employment services. 近年来，大学毕业生数量快速增加，从2003年的212万人增至2016年749万人。在数量增加的同时，其多元化、个性化就业需求与岗位需求存在错位，导致普通高等学校的大学毕业生找不到满意的工作，或者在短暂的就业之后发生频率较高的职业流动。针对这种现象，可以借助“互联网+就业创业”服务平台，使大学生了解社会需求，主动调整自身的就业预期和就业意愿，实现与高等教育大众化时期的社会需求相匹配的目的。从技术角度来看，根据《2017中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，2017年6月底，我国网民规模达到7.51亿人，手机网民为7.23亿人，学生群体以24.8%的占比高居第一位。因此，在微博、微信等传播速度更快的新媒体广泛使用的情况下，借助“互联网+就业创业”服务平台，拓宽大学生就业服务供给途径，具有时代必要性和主体可操作性；……
