[摘 要]居民收入分配的差距是经济社会发展存在的普遍问题，也是社会改革与发展的重大研究课题。根据相关参考文献和权威指标进行指标汇总，由可观测性原则进行指标的初步筛选，然后利用相关性分析筛选出相关性系数较大的指标，进行指标的删除，简化了指标体系并保证了信息的相对保留，界定了居民收入分配差异的指标体系，最后利用因子分析方法进行居民收入分配差距的因素分析，找出居民收入分配差距的主要影响因素，并提出有针对性的政策建议。

Abstract： The disparity in income distribution among residents is a common problem in economic and social development and a major research topic in social reform and development. According to relevant references and authoritative indicators， the indicators are summarized， and the observability principle is used to conduct preliminary screening of the indicators. Then， correlation indexes are used to filter out indicators with large correlation coefficients， delete indicators， simplify the indicator system， and ensure information. The relative reservations define the index system of the residents income distribution differences. Finally， the factor analysis method is used to analyze the factors of the residents income distribution gap， identify the main influencing factors of the residents income distribution gap， and put forward targeted policy recommendations.

一、引言

自2003年以来，反映贫富差距的基尼系数总体上呈现下降的趋势，但与国际公认的0.4还有不小的差距。城乡收入差距是反映贫富差距的重要方面，近年来也有缩小的趋势，但与国际上的标准2倍，差距也较大。收入差距扩大将引发一系列社会问题，关系到社会的和谐稳定，因此居民收入分配问题受到普遍关注。目前我国的收入分配主要有以下几个特征：人均收入逐年增加，不同层级、不同年龄、不同学历、不同地区、城乡区域都显著增加，但存……
