[摘 要]制造业能否升级对中国经济能否成功转型起到至关重要的作用，而汽车制造业是我国制造业的支柱产业。系统分析研究汽车产业升级的相关文献，在对汽车产业升级内涵的相关研究、产业链视角下汽车产业升级路径的相关研究、全球价值链视角下汽车产业升级路径的相关研究、生产性服务业视角下汽车产业升级路径的相关文献研究基础上，并对未来值得关注的问题进行了展望。

Abstract： Whether the manufacturing can upgrade determines the successful transformation of Chinas industry， and the automobile industry is a pillar industry of Chinas manufacturing industry. Around a lot of related literature research on the automobile industrial upgrading， this paper tries to summarize the industrial chain， the global value chain， the perspective of the producer services of Chinas automobile industry to upgrade path. It finally points out the future research direction of the China Automobile Industry Upgrade Path.

随着经济全球化的不断深入，世界各国的汽车生产企业将各自的汽车产业链向全球延伸，形成了汽车产业的全球价值链。经过十余年的高速发展，我国已经成为汽车生产与消费的世界第一大国，通过各种方式参与全球价值链，但长期处于全球价值链的低端，存在汽车研发能力薄弱、技术升级缓慢、专业化程度不高、专业人才素质较低、配套服务业不足等问题。因此，在全球价值链下加快我国汽车产业升级发展刻不容缓。

本研究试图归纳当前汽车产业升级的内涵，总结产业链、全球价值链、生产性服务业视角下中国汽车产业升级的路径，并指出利用贸易增加法分析国家或地区在汽车全球价值链上的国际分工地位以及产业内服务要素构成，是研究汽车产业升级的全新视角，是下一步研究的热点问题。……
