摘 要 经济全球化的不断发展，使社会对商务英语人才的需求越发迫切。随着新经济进程的不断加快，相应对商务英语人才的要求也不断提高，在传统商务英语领域中对人才语言综合能力考量的基础上，又对其精湛的业务技能、人文知识水平及电子计算机技术等提出了相应的要求。新经济时代呼唤传统商务英语教学模式的革新。本文尝试性地将新经济视阈下商务英语发展现状及趋势作为研究议题，以期为更加有效的商务英语教学和商务人才培养提供参考性意见。

Abstract The continuous development of economic globalization has made the demand for business English talents more and more urgent. With the continuous acceleration of the new economic process， the corresponding requirements for business English talents have also been continuously improved. Based on the consideration of the talent comprehensive ability of the traditional business English field， the superb business skills， humanities knowledge level and electronic computer Technology and other requirements have been put forward. The new economic era calls for the innovation of the traditional business English teaching model. This paper tentatively takes the status quo and trend of business English development under the new economic perspective as a research topic， in order to provide reference for more effective business English teaching and business talent training.

1 新經济的内涵

《2001美国总统经济报告》中对新经济作如下概述：“新经济是指由技术、商业实践和经济政策的相互良性互动，从而产生巨大的经济绩效。其具体表现为快速的经济增长和收入提高、低失业率和适度通货膨胀。”这一解释在美国被普遍接受。我国学者徐志翰根据我国的发展现状，撰文提出新经济的内涵，即新经济时代是以知识经济、虚拟经济和网络经济为标志。但新经济绝不是仅仅包括知识经济、虚拟经济和网络经济，真正的新经济时代是传统产业与知识经济、虚拟经济和网络经济的全面结合。总而言之，无论是何种国情和经济发展状况，新经济都是一种历史的进步，它是在知识经济推动下的一种全球化经济形势，以高技术化和全球化为主要标志。与传统经济体制相比，在交换方式上，新经济的交换手段以电子商务为主；……
