摘 要 目的：探讨微课在高职高专母婴护理实训课教学中的应用效果。方法：选取大专护理专业二年级两个班学生，试验班与对照班各60人，在试验班的儿科护理学与妇科护理学实训教学中应用微课；课程结束后对学生进行操作考核，并用自制问卷调查学生对微课教学的认可度和评价。结果：试验班学生妇科操作考核成绩差异不明显，儿科操作考核成绩存在统计学差异，多数学生对微课在实训课中的应用持肯定态度。结论：微课在护理专业实训教学中可以发挥积极作用，微课制作也需要更加个性化，以满足不同学生的需求。

Application of Micro-lecture in Practicing Course of Maternal and Infantile Care among Higher Vocational Nursing Students//WU Anjing， ZHENG Changhua， SONG Shikun

Abstract Objective： To evaluate the effects of micro lectures in the

practicing courses of gynecology nursing and pediatric nursing among

higher vocational nursing students. Methods： Select 120 students in grade two of nursing major， 60 students in each of the experimental class and the control class， and apply the micro lectures in the tea-

ching of pediatric nursing and the course of gynecology nursing in

the experimental class. At the end of the course， the teaching out-comes were evaluated by the skill test， as well as the questionnaire surveys. Results： There were statistical different between the two groups in pediatric nursing skill test but not statistical different in gy-

necology nursing test. Students attitude towards micro lecture was favorable and positive. Conclusion： The micro-lecture can play an active role in the practical teaching of nursing specialty， and their production needs to be more individualized to meet the needs of different students.

1 引言

微課是一种新型的教育信息资源形式，以其“主题突出、短小精悍”等特点被广泛认可[1]。其直观、方便的特点，便于学习者随时进行学习和复习[2]，也成为传统职业院校课堂学习的一种重要补充和资源拓展[3]。

在护理、助产专业的课程学习中，儿科护理学、妇产科护理等护理专业核心课程的实验课上有大量操作。目前广州卫生职业技术学院实训教学中存在一些短板，如实践操作种类多而练习机会少，学生多但分组要求的人数也多。所以实训课普遍存在的问题有：因人数多，导致部分在后面的学生不能很清楚地看到一些精细示教操作；部分学生对操作当中的易错点、扣分点不是十分清晰；原有的一些录像视频，因年代久远、质量老化，看得不清楚。……
