摘 要 针对西南山区二本院校实验室开放发展缓慢甚至停滞的现象，选取包括凯里学院、安顺学院、遵义师范学院在内的六所二本院校进行问卷调查和走访，分别从实验室开放观、开放软条件及硬条件、开放实验室管理三个方面，总结这类院校推进实验室开放困难的原因，并根据这些因素，结合实际条件，给出六条干预策略。

Abstract Aiming at the phenomenon that the laboratory opening in second tier colleges and universities in southwestern mountainous areas is slow and even stagnant， this thesis selects 6 second tier colleges and universities including Kaili University， Anshun Uni-versity and Zunyi Normal College to conduct questionnaire survey and interviews. Respectively from three aspects of the view of labo-

ratory opening， opening soft conditions and hard conditions and open laboratory management， the thesis summarizes reasons for the

generation of difficulties in promoting laboratory opening of these

colleges and universities. In accordance with these factors and com-bined with actual conditions， the thesis proposes six intervention strategies.

1 前言

國家本科教学工作合格评估指标体系由七个一级指标组成，其中一级指标“教学条件与利用”中包含有实验室、实习场所建设与利用的观测点，要求实验室能满足教学基本要求，利用率较高[1-2]。大部分地方二本院校逐渐转型为应用技术型，对应用型人才必须加强实践教学和实践应用能力培养，而实验室作为承担高校实践环节的主要场所，它的开放必然会成为各大高校必备的一种人才培养模式[3]。

2 研究方式

调查目的 西南山区二本院校地处偏僻，在开放实验室建设方面发展缓慢。针对这一现象，通过问卷调查、走访的形式，深入西南山区六所院校寻找实验室开放的困难，并制定相应的干预策略。

问卷设计及数据收集 搜索查阅大量相关文献资料，针对调查的内容进行问卷设计；问卷总共有25道题目，其中17道封闭式单选题，6道半封闭半开放多选题，1道开放式填空题和1道开放式问答题。

将问卷通过互联网发放，为了锁定调查对象和防止重答，对问卷设置访问密码，并限制每台电脑或手机以及每个IP只能答一次。……
