摘 要 通过回顾CBL教学法和慕课现状，运用调查法、文献研究法进行资料收集，并通过描述性研究，得出设计基于CBL教学法的医学慕课辅助网站的必要性及方法。所设计慕课辅助网站拟基于循证医学的思想，“以症状体征为分类，以临床思维为要点，以NLP技术为核心”，以真实案例及虚拟患者构建良好的交互体验学习过程，加入互动学习、同行评议与系统检验评估等方法，建设一个较为开放的帮助医疗学习者锻炼临床医学思维的平台。

Abstract By reviewing the current situation of CBL teaching method

and MOOCs， using the investigation method and literature research method to collect the data， this paper draws the necessity and design method of contributing the medical MOOCs support website based on CBL teaching method through descriptive research. The

CBL-based website is based on the idea of evidence-based medicine，

"on the classification of symptoms and signs， on the core of clinical

thinking and on the strength of NLP technology"， and the website is based on the real case and virtual patients so that it can build a good interactive experience learning process. By means of adding as the interactive learning， peer review， system testing and evaluation me-

thods， it can construct a more open platform to help medical learners exercise clinical medical thinking.

1 引言

目前，国内外医学文献数量逐年递增。例如：在CNKI上以“医学”为主题词进行检索，显示近五年最少发布中文文献43 336篇/年，最多发布47 151篇/年，平均每年发布45 219.5篇，并且呈现平稳增长趋势，增长趋势小于

5%；在PubMed以“Medical”为主题词进行检索，显示近五年最少发布文献197 708篇/年，最多发布315 423篇/年，并且呈现不稳定增长趋势，环比增长均大于5%，2014年甚至高达32%。显然，面对数以万计的文献，临床人员难以通过单纯阅读快速掌握一线临床知识。

案例式学习（Case-Based Learning，CBL）能够为医学生就基础知识和一线临床研究进展搭建桥梁。大规模开放式在线课程，又称为慕课（Massive Open Online Courses，

MOOCs），有利于大规模人群同时进行免费在线学习。拟在现有慕课平台的基础上，设计一个主体为案例教学及系统评估的辅助网站，以进行有现实指导意义的医学教育传承。……
