摘 要：对国外典型重型军用越野车辆驾驶室造型进行分析，归纳其造型特点，总结出以点、线、面元素为主要特征，局部造型进行细化的装甲防护型驾驶室造型设计方法，并提出在造型设计前，先根据整车布置及与造型设计有关的技术要求已知的前提下，绘制驾驶室最大外廓框图，所有的造型设计工作均在此外廓框图范围内进行，同时，造型设计时，由于驾驶室本体所用材质及工艺所限，设计思路和风格均集中在前面罩、保险杠等非高强度钢板材料的模块进行体现，从而提高企业产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract： Through analyzing on the cab styling of foreign typical heavy military off-road vehicles and summarizing the styling characteristic， this article summarizes the styling design methods of the armored cabs which use point， line， surface as main characteristic and refine local modeling. Before the styling design， the cab maximum outer contour graph should be drew according to the vehicle arrangement and the technical requirements related to styling design. All the design work should be performed within the cab maximum outer contour graph. At the same time， due to the limitation of the material and process used in the cab structure， the designing ideas and styles are focus on front face shield， bumper and other non-high strength steel materials. Therefore， the market competitiveness of enterprise products can be improved.

前言

隨着全球范围内技术改革、科技进步以及国际国内形势的变化，在军用重型越野汽车领域，“驾驶室装甲化，造型商用车化”已渐成趋势。截止目前，国内几个主要的主机厂均掌握了驾驶室防护性能设计技术，开始对装甲防护型驾驶室的造型设计重视起来，目的是为了吸引客户的眼球，提高产品的竞争力。但由于装甲防护型驾驶室所用材质的特殊性质所限，外观造型又不能像商用车驾驶室那样的曲面为主，而要根据驾驶室所用材质、加工方法等限制因素进行特殊考虑。

1 装甲防护型驾驶室造型方法分析

1.1 国外装甲防护型驾驶室造型分析
