摘 要：创新是引领发展的第一动力，人才是支撑发展的第一资源。通过多种形式和载体平台，积极发挥企业科协群团组织优势，引导科技资源向企业聚拢，鼓励科技工作者创新争先，齐心协力的推动企业做优做强，对于实现企业在新常态时期的稳健发展，积极践行国家创新驱动的发展战略具有重要的意义。

Abstract： Innovation is the first driving force for development， and talent is the first resource to support development. Platform through a variety of form and carrier， the positive use of association of the enterprise under the advantage， guide the science and technology resources to the enterprise together， encourage the innovation of science and technology workers rushed， a concerted effort to push the enterprise to do better and stronger， to realize the stable development of enterprises in the new normal period， active practice of national innovation driven development strategy is of great importance.

1 企業概况与科协组织简述

陕西重型汽车有限公司成立于2002年（以下简称“陕重汽”），总部位于陕西省西安市，现有资产总额345亿元，员工1.6万人，公司产品覆盖重型军用越野车、重型卡车、重型车桥及汽车零部件等领域，拥有现代化的国家级企业技术中心、国内一流的重卡新能源研究开发与应用实验室以及博士后科研工作站和院士专家工作站，技术水平始终保持国内领先。公司研发生产的重型军用越野车先后光荣参加了国庆35周年、50周年、60周年、抗战胜利70周年以及庆祝中国人民解放军建军90周年阅兵仪式，是行业内唯一五次参加国家重要阅兵活动的重型军车生产企业。

企业科协是科协基层组织的重要组成部分，与企业科技工作者联系最为直接、最为紧密，是科协组织深入企业、深入基层的重要触角，是党和政府团结联系企业科技工作者的重要抓手，是科协组织服务创新驱动发展的重要力量，在科协组织网络体系中据有重要而特殊的地位。……
