摘 要：计量确认是为确保测量设备符合预期使用要求所需的一组操作，通常包括：校准和验证、各种必要的调整或维修及随后的再校准、与设备预期使用的计量要求相对比较。是对测量设备技术状态是否满足使用要求的确认方法。文章主要探讨对计量确认工作的认识，并对计量确认的步骤进行逐一解读，明确各个过程的做法和要求。以期对大家在开展计量确认工作有借鉴作用。

Abstract： Metrological confirmation is needed to ensure measuring equipment conform to the requirements of the intended use of a set of operations， usually includes： calibration and verification， all kinds of necessary adjustments or maintenance and subsequent recalibration， and equipment intended use relatively measurement requirements. It is a method to confirm whether the technical status of measuring equipment meets the requirements of use. This paper mainly discusses the understanding of metrological confirmation， and explains the steps of metrological confirmation one by one， so as to clarify the practices and requirements of each process. In order to carry out the metrological confirmation work in reference.

前言

开展测量设备的计量确认工作，目的是为了保证测量设备的计量特性可以满足测量过程的计量要求。

我们企业按照ISO10012标准建立了測量管理体系，体系对我们企业的完善计量检测能力以及不断提升计量管理水平都起到了很好的推动作用。在近几年的计量确认工作开展过程中，发现某些计量检定人员、测量设备使用人员及部分技术人员对“计量确认”的概念理解的不够准确。在此笔者结合自己工作中的经验，以ISO10012：2003《测量管理体系测量过程和测量设备的要求》为标准，结合我们企业的实际工作对计量确认的每个过程进行讲解，旨在抛砖引玉。

1 计量确认工作的开展步骤

在ISO10012：2003标准中明确指出：计量确认是为确保测量设备符合预期使用要求所需的一组操作。
