摘 要：随着国务院出台的《现代职业教育体系建设规划（2014-2020年）》及《關于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》等重要文件精神的贯彻与落实，我国职业教育、高职院校的人才培养模式及专业建设等问题再度引发了各界的广泛关注和讨论。根据我国金融行业发展现状及趋势，结合高职类院校的办学定位及专业特点，在对金融管理专业的就业前景加以分析的同时，研究其人才培养模式。

Abstract： With the implementation of "Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan（2014-2020）" and "The Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" formulated and promulgated by the State Council， China's vocational education， the talents cultivation mode and the specialty construction in Higher Vocational Colleges have received extensive attention and discussion of the society from all walks of life. According to the current situation and developmental trends of the financial industry in China， combining the orientation and professional features of the Higher Vocational Colleges as well as the employment prospects， the article studies the talents cultivation mode of the Financial Management major.

一、中国金融业发展现状及趋势

随着世界经济的发展和产业结构调整，第一产业在国民经济中的占比不断随之下降，而以金融服务业为代表的第三产业所占份额则不断提升。自我国于本世纪初加入WTO开始，不断完善多层次的金融市场体系，当前已基本建立起货币市场、证券期货市场、银行间外汇市场和黄金市场，实现了行业多元化的发展，包括银行、证券、保险、信托、基金等金融机构。

我国经济的飞速发展使得人民群众的财富也得以迅速累积，而积累的财富也唤起了民众的投资理财意识，也正因为居民金融资产配置意识逐渐觉醒，保险、证券和基金等行业均得以实现了快速发展与增长。根据罗兰贝格联合CFA Institute、LinkedIn和领英联合发布的《中国金融行业人才发展报告》显示，我国居民人民币储蓄存款在2008年至2015年短短的8年时间增长近1.5倍；因此，具有资金管理意识的用户规模不断扩大。……
