摘 要：北京市作为中国的政治中心、经济中心、科技中心以及文化中心，并且作为一个拥有着三千多年历史的世界古都，不仅是各国领导人会晤的中心之一、商贸会展的展会中心之一，同时也是世界著名的人文旅游城市，来自世界各国的人们通过北京，来了解整个中国，因此，北京在文化交流的方面承担着相当重要的责任，对于中国二十一世纪初的一带一路伟大构想，也将承担着重要的角色。北京作为政治文化中心，国际化大都市，拥有众多名牌高校和数目庞大的留学生群体，文章在此基础上，在一带一路建设的背景下，运用SWOT分析法，对北京市的高等教育国际化进行分析。

Abstract： As a political center， economic center， science and technology center and cultural center of China， Beijing is a world ancient capital with a history of more than three thousand years. It is not only one of the meeting centers of all the leaders， exhibition centers of all trade exhibitions， but also is one of the world famous cultural tourist cities， to help people from around the world understand the whole of China. Therefore， Beijing is responsible for the cultural exchange， and it will also take an important role in the great concept of the Belt and Road in the early twenty-first Century. Beijing， as a political and cultural center， an international metropolis， has a large number of famous universities and a large number of foreign students. On this basis， the SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internationalization of higher education in Beijing under the background of constructing the Belt and Road.

目前，“一帶一路”政策在火热推行之中，“一带一路”为我国对外贸易、经济发展提供坚固支撑。习近平指出，“一带一路”存在较大优势，但若想让其发挥长足优势，必须不断对其实行改革，这些改革措施需要先进人才制定与推行，因此人才培育迫在眉睫。2016年，我国为更好推行“一带一路”，提出加大贸易带国家教育投入，共同配合发展教育。“一带一路”整体建设进行推进期间，人才是其中的重要因素。习近平总书记提出，目前“一带一路”政策如火如荼进行着，对外贸易、对外交流步入新台阶。因此，学校教育也应该做到与国际接轨，吸收外来优秀经验。时代不断发展对我国教育事业提出新的要求，必须通过教学培育出全方面发展的人才，必须加强国内学校与外来文化之间的沟通与交流。……
