[摘要] 目的 探讨四步法眼袋整形术治疗老年眼部整形对临床效果及并发症的影响。 方法 选取2015年9月～2016年9月收治的90例老年眼部整形患者临床资料分析，按照治疗方式的不同分成对照组（n=45）和研究组（n=45），对照组行下睑皮肤入路法眼袋祛除，研究组采用四步法眼袋整形术祛除眼袋，比较两组疗效、并发症及满意度。结果 研究组下睑松弛改善率为93.33%，下睑臃肿消失率为88.88%，外眦鱼尾纹显著减少率为91.11%，对照组分别为77.77%、71.11%、75.55%，研究组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率（4.44%）低于对照组（24.44%）（P<0.05）；研究组治疗总满意度（95.55%）高于对照组（80.00%）（P<0.05）。 结论 老年眼部整形选用四步法眼袋整形术可有效提高临床疗效，降低并发症发生率，提高临床满意度。

Analysis of four steps method blepharoplasty on the clinical effectiveness and complications of ophthalmic plastic reconstruction in the elder

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of four steps method blepharoplasty on the clinical effectiveness and complications of ophthalmic plastic reconstruction in the elder. Methods Clinical records of 90 elder patients who had been through ophthalmic plastic reconstruction in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were analyzed. Patients were divided into control group（n=45） and study group（n=45） according to different methods of treatments. Patients in control group were treated with transcutaneous lower eyelid approach to remove pouch while patients in study group were treated with four steps method blepharoplasty. Effectiveness， complications and satisfactory rates of two groups were compared. Results In study group， improvement rate of lower eyelid laxity was 93.33%， disappearance rate of swollen lower eyelid was 88.88% and significant reduction rate of outer canthus wrinkles was 91.11%， which was significantly better than those in control group（77.77%， 71.11% and 75.55% respectively）（P<0.05）. Total rate of complication in study group was 4.44%， which was lower than that in control group（24.44%） （P<0.05）. Total satisfactory rate of treatment in study group was 95.55%， which was higher than that in control group（80.00%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion Four steps method blepharoplasty in the ophthalmic plastic reconstruction of the elder could improve the clinical effectiveness effectively， reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical satisfactory rate.

臨床上眼袋指的是下脸皮肤出现肿胀并伴随下垂，且双边对称，对面部整体美观造成影响。眼袋的出现主要是因眼内脂肪量与下支持结构出现失衡，老年人眼袋包括眶隔筋膜、眼轮匝肌与下脸皮肤等组织，修复难度较大[1]。眼袋持续加重不但美观度受到影响，且易引发白内障、角膜炎等眼部疾病，不利于老年人群视力健康[2]。为明确四步法眼袋整形术应用于老年眼部整形效果及并发症，我院针对性选取2015年9月～2016年9月收治的90例患者资料分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2015年9月～2016年9月收治的90例老年眼部整形患者临床资料分析，患者均签署知情同意书，本研究的方案经医学伦理委员会的批准，按照治疗方式的不同分成对照组（n=45）和研究组（n=45）。对照组男女比例25：20，年龄62～79岁，平均（70.16±5.34）岁；文化程度：小学15例，中学及以下20例，大专及以上10例。……
