摘要：目前，社会对多元化人才需求日渐加大，创新能力是多元化培养的重中之重。而大学生是这个万众创新时代的主力军，所以加强大学生创新能力迫在眉睫。此文着眼于大学生现今在创新方面面临的主要问题与研究现状，结合现有国家政策以及研究资料，通过内外环境两个大方面提出了树立创新意识提高创新思维，改善高校课堂模式，引导大学生了解时事政治，大力开展实践活动以及加大校企合作等关于大学生创新能力培养的措施与方法旨在从根本上提高大学生创新思维与能力。

Abstract： At present， the demand for diversified talents in the society is increasing day by day， and the innovative ability is the top priority of diversified training. College students are the main force in this era of innovation， so it is extremely urgent to strengthen the innovative ability of college students. This article focuses on the main problems and research status faced by college students in innovation today. Combining existing national policies and research materials， it proposes the measures for the cultivation of college students' innovative ability through two major aspects of internal and external environment， including， to establish innovative consciousness and improve innovative thinking， to improve college classroom mode and guide college students to understand Political events， to vigorously carry out practical activities and increase school-enterprise cooperation， as as to fundamentally improve college students' innovative thinking and ability.

0 引言

自党的十九大召开以来，我国创立了新的建设目标——创新型国家。因此，国家大力推进创新型国家建设，鼓励高校创新建设，紧跟国家发展的脚步。大学生作为创新的主力军，加强意识培养，提高创新能力已经成为必然趋势。既是实现大学生充分就业实现人生价值的主要途径之一，又是为实现创新型国家，提升我国经济发展奠定充实的人才基础。但是，现今大学生在创新创业能力方面仍然有所欠缺。

1 现状

1.1 “拖延症”现象泛滥成灾

在当代这个互联网迅速发展的时代，外界信息五花八门地冲击着人类的眼球與思想。而大学生则刚刚由异常紧张繁琐的高中生活忽然间转变到了相对轻松的大学生活，大部分由成绩优异、课业勤劳日渐消退缺失了学习的动力，这些形形色色的信息对他们的冲击力更是前所未有的强大。……
