校企合作企业案例分析

摘要：本文探讨并研究校企合作企业案例在《环保设备设计及应用》课程中的运用。近年來，随着我国经济水平蒸蒸日上，高校与企业合作也是日益频繁，2008年教育部就颁布了《关于进一步深化高校教育教学改革的若干意见》，其中明确指出：“改革人才培养模式，大力推行工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习。进一步完善学生到企业顶岗实习的制度，形成以学校为主体，企业和学校共同教育、管理和训练学生的教学模式。”

Abstract： This paper explores and studies the use of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises in the course of "Design and Application of Environmental Protection Equipment". In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economic level， cooperation between universities and enterprises has become increasingly frequent. In 2008， the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of Education and Teaching in Colleges and Universities"， which clearly pointed out： "Reform the talent training model， vigorously promote the combination of work and study， school-enterprise cooperation， and internship. Further improve the system of students' internships to enterprises， and form a teaching model in which schools are the mainstay， and enterprises and schools jointly educate， manage， and train students."

0 引言

随着信息化时代的到来，高校和企业的联系日益加深，甚至很多校企直接打出合作的宣传标语，而且国家政策也是十分支持这样的行为，校企联合既可以解决社会上企业对于人才近似于求贤若渴的问题，又可以提升高校毕业生的就业率。国家政策对于校企联合也有了一定的定义， “校企合作”指学校与相关企业、事业单位或者其他公司机构相关部门之间所开展的合作关系，主要目的在于培养以社会需求为导向的高校人才培养机制，目前高校与企业之间开展的合作模式主要有资源技术、师资培养、岗位培训、学生就业、科研活动等方面的合作，具体的合作模式由于高校与企业的不同而呈现出不同的特点。本文就校企合作的典型案例阐述其在《环保设备设计及应用》课程中的运用。
