摘 要：为准确认识欠发达地区耕地集约利用状况，以张家界市为例，采用变异系数法与综合指数法相结合的方法计算耕地集约利用综合指数，根据计算结果对其时序变化进行评价分析，并运用ArcGIS平台进行空间分析，以期为其他欠发达地区耕地集约利用评价的研究提供参考。

Study on the Cultivated Land Intensive Use in Underdeveloped Areas：A Case Study of Zhangjiajie

Abstract：To understand the situation of cultivated land intensive use in underdeveloped areas，this paper takes Zhangjiajie as an example，and uses the method of coefficient of variation and comprehensive index to calculate the comprehensive index of cultivated land intensive use. Then，evaluates and analyses the time serial change according to the result of calculation，and makes a spatial analysis by using ArcGIS to provides reference for the study of intensive utilization of cultivated land in other underdeveloped areas.

我国正处于城镇化发展的黄金时期，二、三产业的大力发展使大量农村劳动力“弃地进城”，造成农村土地的抛荒与闲置。城市扩张也不可避免地占用耕地，加上部分地区水土流失、土地沙化等自然灾害，导致耕地减少，土地消耗不断高涨[1-3]。在对环境不施加压力的前提下，加大耕地的集约利用度，在同等面积或者更小面积的耕地上获得更多的产出，是未来保障粮食安全、解决“三农”问题的有效途径[4-5]。对耕地的集约利用情况进行评价，有助于认清耕地集约利用现状及规律、促进耕地高效利用，同时，对于农村经济和新型城镇化的发展都具有重要的现实意义[6]。

学术界专门针对耕地集约利用评价方面的研究比较丰富[3-10]，但大部分学者是以宏观区域或社会经济较发达地区为研究尺度，较欠缺对中、微观层次或欠发达地区的实证研究。基于此，本文以张家界市为例，选用变异系数法计算耕地集约利用度，为区域农业发展提供依据，同时为欠发达地区耕地集约利用评价的研究提供科学指导。……
