摘 要 中国传统音乐是中华民族传统文化的代表，历经几千年的筛选和沉淀，留下最能代表中华民族人民意志品质的核心内容。随着政治经济的迅速发展，人民生活水平日益提高，当中华传统文化与世界文明接轨时，我们看到了璀璨的中华文明，因其自身的深厚底蕴和不间断的传承历程，而呈现出夺目的光彩。中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅印发了，关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展的意见。提出到2025年，中华优秀传统文化的传承发展体系要基本形成。尤其是在教育普及、创新发展等方面取得重要的成果。所以如何传承和弘扬本民族的传统音乐，也是其中一个十分重要的板块。

Research on the Construction of Traditional Music

Culture on Primary School Campus

Abstract Chinese traditional music is the representative of the Chinese traditional culture， after thousands of years of screening and precipitation， leaving the most representative of the Chinese people's core content of the quality of the people. With the rapid development of the political economy， the living standard of the people is increasing. When the Chinese traditional culture is in line with the world civilization， we have seen a bright Chinese civilization， which has its own profound heritage and uninterrupted inheritance. The general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued opinions on implementing the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. It is proposed that the inheritance and development system of Chinese excellent traditional culture should be basically formed by 2025. In particular， important achievements have been made in the field of education popularization， innovation and development. Therefore， how to inherit and carry forward the traditional music of our nation is also a very important part.

笔者在本文中，对于小学校园传统音乐文化建设现状进行了分析，从能够胜任传统音乐教学，教师缺失，学生的审美取向多元化，和普通话的普及，让传统戏剧难以成传承等三个方面论述了目前我国小学校园传统院文化建设所遇到的问题。也分析了小学校园传统音乐文化建设的功能，从提升学生的综合素质，弘扬和培养民族精神，帮助学生了解祖国的传统文化等三个方面讨论了小学校园传统音乐文化建设的必要性。

1 我国小学中国传统音乐教育现状

传统文化的传承，要以年轻的一代人为主要目标，青少年身上寄托着我们对于传统文化源远流长，愈久弥新的希望。……
