【摘 要】我国改革开放以来由于很多企业偏重于开发项目，而对企业的管理不太重视，企业现金流的管理更是一个缺乏管制的情况。在当前经济危机频发的阶段，企业若是不能在现金管理方面做出突破，很有可能导致企业不能发展，甚至面临破产。论文从现金管理对企业发展的重要性出发，研究分析了企业现金流管理的问题，最后提出改进措施提升企业现金流管理水平。

【Abstract】Since China's reform and opening up， many enterprises have focused on development projects， but they have not paid much attention to the management of enterprises. And the cash flow management of enterprise is even lack of control. In the current stage of frequent economic crisis， if enterprises can not make a breakthrough in the cash management， it likely to cause the enterprises coming to a halt ， or even face bankruptcy. Starting from the importance of cash management to the development of enterprises， this paper studies and analyzes the problems of cash flow management of enterprises， and finally puts forward some measures to improve the level of cash flow management of enterprises.

1 现金流管理重要性分析

现金流管理指的是以现金流作为最主要的研究因素，分析企业财务管理的企业经营活动、投资活动和筹资活动，结合企业现金流的现实状况构筑的管理体系。这个体系中对于企业的一定时期内的现金流做具体的计划、控制、评价与报告，从而为企业的发展做出更好的预算支持和决策建议[1]。在当前企业重视项目开发而不重视现金流管理，又受到外来金融危机的冲击的情况下，为了防止现金流断裂导致企业濒临破产和倒闭，现金流管理引起了部分企业领导和财务人员的高度重视。只有管理好企业的现金流，企业的项目活动安排才能更有针对性和预见性，有很多的现实例子可以证明，在企业的发展中利润是反映企业盈亏的标尺，而真正促进企业发展的是如何在现金流管理中把这些利润转化为企业发展的竞争力和综合实力。当企业有综合和健康的现金流，企业的投资能更加有信心，企业的项目实施能更加有保障，而企业在面对全球性的经济危机时才能做到有的放矢，临危不乱。……
