摘要：分析国内外建材库存控制的文献，总结了几种主要方式，认为动态批量法最能适应建筑企业，优点是可根据工程实际进度来进行库存控制，降低高库存风险和库存管理成本，同时也指出不足之处：订货提前期为零；不允许缺货；库存成本与材料价格无关。因此可从不足之处出发对其加以改进：加入提前期；加入保险存量；考虑批量折扣。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on building materials inventory control and summarizes several major methods. It believes that the dynamic batch method can best adapt to construction companies. The advantage is that inventory control can be carried out according to the actual progress of the project， reducing high inventory risk and inventory management costs. And the deficiencies are： zero order lead time； no allowance of out of stock； inventory cost has nothing to do with material prices. Therefore， it can be improved from the inadequacies： adding a lead time； adding insurance stocks； considering volume discounts.

0 引言

一般情况下，企业要持有一定安全库存来规避不必要的物资风险。所以，绝大多数的建筑企业担心由于施工材料短缺造成施工中断，于是大量储存材料，高库存易导致资金周转缓慢，也增加了施工成本，降低了企业效益；且因建筑项目位置的独立性，本项目的材料调配到其他项目会产生大量的运杂费。因此库存控制是建筑企业的一大难题，如何使建材的储备保持在经济合理的水平，合理控制库存成本是企业成本控制的关键因素。

1 建筑企业库存控制研究现状

目前，建筑企业的库存控制方法主要有ABC库存管理方法，供应商库存管理方法，供应链库存管理方法，动态库存管理方法等。

1.1 建筑业ABC库存管理方法

ABC分析法是运用数理统计的方法，对种类繁多的各种事物及相关因素，按其影响程度或事物属性及所占权重等不同要求，进行统计、排列和分类，划分为ABC三部分，分别给予重要、一般、次要等不同程度的相应管理[1]。……
