摘要：为寻找一种有效的方法来提高工程质量，本文通过对国内外建筑企业质量氛围的相关文献进行综合分析，系统的将质量氛围的有关文献进行了分类整理，基于总结国内外学者对安全氛围、进度氛围的研究以及对氛围研究所采用的方法，总结出适合质量氛围测量量表开发的流程。通过采用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法构建质量氛围故障树模型，然后实际调查收集数据，用SPSS和AMOS软件分析收集来的数据，验证所开发量表的可靠性和有效性。并对企业的质量氛围进行评价，发现其中的不足并给出相关整改建议。以此来提高建筑工程质量。通过对质量氛围在施工管理中研究，为氛围的研究拓宽了领域。

Abstract： In order to find an effective method to improve the quality of the project， this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature on the domestic and foreign construction enterprise quality system about the atmosphere of the atmosphere of the literature quality sorting， basic research on safety climate and atmosphere of the progress of scholars at home and abroad as well as the methods used in the study of the atmosphere， find a series of process quality measurement scale development of the atmosphere. By using the method of literature， expert interviews， questionnaire survey method developed atmosphere quality measurement scale， then the actual survey data collection， analysis of data collected by SPSS and AMOS software development， verify the validity and reliability. And evaluate the progress of the enterprise， find out the deficiencies and give relevant suggestions. The method is used to improve the quality of construction engineering.

0 引言

在工程管理领域，为了实现进度、质量、成本和安全等管理目标，从人、机、料、法、环的角度出发，许多专家学者在实践中总结出大量研究成果，其中对人的研究越来越受到大家的重视。以往的研究更加关注的是个人的经验、阅历、学历、能力以及敬业精神等方面，对于组织更多的是关注管理目标、流程以及效率等方面，而对于组织中人员的意识以及组织的氛围方面的研究成果较少，恰恰是人员的意识起到重要的作用。通过查阅大量文献，专家学者们对于氛围领域的研究范围比较局限，仅对项目的组织氛围[1]、安全氛围[2，3]以及进度氛围[4]进行了研究，并取得了一些成果，然而社会最关注的是建筑产品的质量，对于影响施工管理的质量氛围方面，其研究内容还少之又少。……
