摘要：随着高校网络学习空间建设的逐步推开，对网络教学过程管理和教师教学效果评价考核提出了新的要求。本文从基于网络学习空间的分级即时督导管理和评价考核平台的研究内容出发，提出平台的研究思路，对平台的功能框架图进行设计，运用平台解决高校在使用网络学习空间中遇到的教学过程管理和课程评比考核等问题，进一步推动网络教学改革探索研究。

Abstract： With the gradual promotion of the construction of colleges' online learning space， new requirements have been put forward for the management of online teaching process and the evaluation of teachers' teaching effectiveness. This paper proceeds from the research contents of the hierarchical and immediate supervisory management and assessment platform based on the online learning space， puts forward the research ideas of the platform， designs the functional framework of the platform， and uses the platform to solve the problems of teaching process management and curriculum appraisal encountered by colleges and universities in using the online learning space to further promote the exploration and research of online teaching reform.

0 引言

根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中提出的“加快教育信息化进程”和《河南省教育信息化试点工作实施方案》的具体要求，为了加快高校教育信息化建设，推动高校教育、教学及管理模式改革，充分激发学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性，河南省教育厅结合全省各级各类教育机构的特色，提出在河南省全面开展利用网络学习空间组织教师开展网上教学和科研。截至目前，我省已有30多所本、专科网络学习空间试点单位开展了网络教学工作，虽然有这么多高校开展了网络教学工作，但是网络教学管理和教学效果评价尚处于探索阶段。随着高校网络学习空间建设的全面推开，网络教学管过程理和教学效果评价显得尤为重要，而网络学习空间平台仅提供了教师课程建设的基本数据统计功能，无法满足网络教学过程管理和教学效果评价的需求，研发基于网络学习空间的分级即时督导管理和评比考核平台已刻不容缓。……
