摘 要 济南市长清区年度专利大集以独特的魅力形式进行科普宣传和不断，丰富了春节文化，拓展了科普宣传的新视角。专利年度大集以政府政策引导、本地区科学技术成果展示、商业技术成果推广介绍、学校师生团队科普宣传、与群众大众面对面对话、发明爱好者个人作品展示等多项内容于一体的半官方半民间一种合作和自发参与的科普教育活动形式。专利年度大集正在进行区域性科技创新中心的打造与尝试，成为公众参与科普宣传的新形式。

Abstract The annual patent collection of Changqing District of Ji'nan has carried out popular science propaganda and constant charm with its unique charm form， enriching the spring festival culture and expanding the new perspective of popular science propaganda. The annual large collection of patents， with government policy guidance， local science and technology achievement display， the introduction of the promotion of commercial technology achievements， the science popularization of the school and students' team， the face-to-face dialogue with the masses， and the display of individual works of inventions， is a semi official and semi official popular science education. 科普教育有多种形式，除中小学常见的科学教育、科技教育和创客教育等活动外，常见的形式还有参观科技馆、博物馆、实地考察、工业科普旅游等，而今天笔者给大家介绍一种政府组织和民间自发参与的一种科普教育形式——专利年度大集。专利年度大集巧妙利用春节休闲假期来展览，丰富了春节文化。专利年度大集是集国家创新驱动政策宣传、本地区科学技术成果展示、商业技术成果产品介绍、学校师生团队科普宣传、与群众大众面对面对话、发明爱好者个人作品展示等多项内容于一体的一种半官方半民间的科普教育活动形式。

（1）专利年度大集的重头戏是向公众科普宣传本区域的专利发明技术成果，宣传高新技术对本地企业发展的贡献率，激发公众的创新意识与参与意识，提高自豪感。……
