摘 要 高校社团作为大学生根据各自兴趣爱好及特长，在一定规章制度的指导下建立，在高校第二课堂建设中发挥着重要作用。新时期社团青年思想引领工作对于高校思想政治教育起着至关重要的作用，因此对于社团青年思想建设的研究也是当前的重要话题。本文从新时期社团青年思想方面存在的不足、原因及解决对策三个方面论述当前青年思想引领工作的路径选择。

On the Development of Young People's Ideological Leading

Work of Mass Organizations in the New Era

Abstract College associations are college students' organizations established according to certain regulations according to their common interests and interests. They are the main positions of the second classroom in Colleges and universities， and play an important role in the ideological and political construction in Colleges and universities. In the new era， the youth's ideological guidance plays a vital role in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Therefore， the research on youth's ideological construction is also an important topic at present. This article discusses the path choice of the present youth thought guiding work from three aspects： the deficiency， the cause and the solution of the youth thought in the new period.

“十九大”開幕会上，习近平总书记在报告中对青年的成长发展提出期望与要求。在新时期中社团青年要树立与时代同步的理想信念并坚定之。习总书记同时要求广大青年一定要有理想信念，并坚定自己的理想信念，不忘初心，才不会缺精神上的“钙”。如何正确引导社团青年思想使其坚定不缺钙？我国当前大学生普遍为九零后，大概年龄在20岁左右，这一代青年拥有较好的物质条件及政治环境，具有这个时代青年的鲜明特色。

1 新时期社团青年思想方面存在的不足

（1）缺乏过硬的心理素质。在社团活动开展中，将伴随着许多问题，在一定程度上会对青少年心理健康造成一定影响，目前相当大一部分社团青年心理上缺乏过硬的心理承受能力与抗压能力，在社团活动出现问题时难以调整状态迅速得出相应的处理对策。

（2）有个性有思想，但是过分自我。新时代青年大学生个性突出、思想新颖、理论水平较高，对于新鲜事物的学习能力和接受能力相对较高，具有独立的信息辨识度，能正确全面认识世界，但在人际沟通能力方面比较欠缺，团队协作意识较差。……
