摘 要 互联网视域下网络教育应运而生，易班作为时代产物，集思想政治教育、日常教育教学、文化生活服务于一体，承担起高校网络育人的使命。易班的诞生、发展与当前教育现状深度契合，既在竞争激烈的互联网中吸引大学生群体关注度，又要转变高校不合时宜的教育模式，具有现实必要性。在易班建设过程中面临用户接纳度低、平台发展滞后、用户粘性弱等挑战，同时在各级部门合力重视，发展定位准确，补充课堂教学，教育大数据分析等发展机遇中彰显了自身独有优势。

The Realistic Challenges and Development Opportunities of the Construction of E-Classes in Colleges and Universities in the Perspective of Internet

Abstract Network education arises against a background of the Internet ken. E-class as the product of the times， it integrates ideological and political education， daily education， and cultural life， that undertakes the mission of the network education in colleges. The birth and development of the E-class are in deep agreement with the current education status. E-class has the necessity of reality because it is not only to attract the attention of the college students in the competitive Internet， but also to change the inopportune educational mode of the college. During the E-class construction， it faced the challenges of low acceptance of users， lagging development of platform， weak stickiness of users and so on， at the same time， it has shown its own unique advantages in the development opportunities， such as it comes to the attention of departments at different levels， development positioning accurate， big data analysis of the education and so on.

第41次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2017年12月，我国网民规模已达7.72亿，其中手机网民占比达97.5%，移动网络呈现百花齐放百家争鸣的“万物互联”态势，而网民中人数最多的是学生群体。在互联网时代，全面建设校园网络教育平台，使网络成为弘扬主旋律、宣传新思想、把握学生成长动态的重要途径势在必行。易班作为当今高校全方位实现思想政治教育，管理日常事务，推进校园文化活动的综合性网络平台，在建设与发展中仍需不断接受现实挑战，紧抓发展机遇，充分发挥易班网络育人的时代价值。

1 高校深入开展易班建设的必要性

《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》强调，“不断拓展大学生思想政治教育的渠道和空间。要建设好融思想性、知识性、趣味性、服务性于一体的主题教育网站和网页，积极开展生动活泼的网络思想政治教育活动，形成网上网下思想政治教育的合力。……
