摘要：随着现代信息技术及多媒体技术的快速发展，各种各样的以现代信息技术为依托的新型教育模式应运而生。虚拟现实技术的产生为现代教育的信息化、网络化发展翻开了一个新的篇章。本文在阐述虚拟现实技术概念及特征的基础上，从教学理念、教学手段、教学内容三个方面探讨了虚拟现实技术在现代教育中应用的优势及作用。最后，尝试性提出了虚拟现实技术在现代教育中应用的具体方式，为推进虚拟现实技术在现代教育领域的应用提供有益的参考。

Research on the Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Modern Education

Abstract： with the rapid development of modern information technology and multimedia technology， a variety of new educational models based on modern information technology emerge as the times require. The emergence of virtual reality technology has opened a new chapter for the information and network development of modern education. Based on the elaboration of the concept and characteristics of virtual reality technology， this paper discusses the advantages and functions of virtual reality technology in modern education from three aspects： teaching idea， teaching method and teaching content. Finally， the paper puts forward the concrete way of applying virtual reality technology in modern education， which provides a useful reference for promoting the application of virtual reality technology in modern educational field.

傳统的教育模式已经难以适应和满足现代教育的需求。单一的纸质教材、单向灌输的教学方式以及精工细作的教学内容严重影响教学质量的提升。在此形势下，教育教学的改革与创新已经势在必行。虚拟现实技术的出现及应用很好地解决了这些问题。实践证明，基于虚拟现实技术的教育教学方式更加适应大容量快节奏的现代教育需求[1]。因而，广大教育工作者以及相关领域研究者对虚拟现实技术高度重视，并大力推广其在教育教学领域中的应用。

1 虚拟现实技术的概念及特征
