摘要： 在农村金融发展中，内生金融不足是影响其供需平衡的一个重要原因，作为新农村建设中一种非常典型的金融模式，“互联网+产业链”的政府干预较弱，金融效率高，也有着充分的市场竞争机制作用，在推动农村金融内生化的过程中发挥着重要作用。本文从农村金融内生化的背景出发，对“互联网+产业链”模式的概念与特征进行了分析，同时结合其在实施过程中存在的问题，就如何强化农村金融实施“互联网+产业链”模式提出了几点对策和建议。

Abstract： In the development of rural finance， endogenous financial shortage is an important factor affecting the balance of supply and demand. Internet + industry chain is a very typical financial pattern in the new rural construction， with weak government intervention and high financial efficiency， and also has a full market competition mechanism， so it plays an important role in promoting rural financial endogenous process. This paper starts from the background of rural finance in biochemistry， analyzes the concept and characteristics of

"Internet + chain" model， and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the implementation of the "rural financial Internet + industry chain mode combined with the problems existing in the process of implementation.

0 引言

新时期，我国农村经济开始与互联网实现紧密结合，尤其是农村金融领域“互联网+”模式的创新，对于农村经济的快速发展有着积极影响，也推动了农村金融的深化。不过与发达国家相比，我国金融产业链起步较晚，不过因为赶上了互联网飞速发展的时代背景，农村产业链核心企业开始通过对金融机构的整合，构筑全新的融资模式，希望借此来实现农村金融内生化，为农村经济发展和金融改革提供良好保障。

1 农村金融内生化背景

内生金融，指在市场客观供求刺激下，由社会和经济体系内部因素决定，基于微观经济主体的参与和贡献，经诱致性制度变迁，从下往上内生出的金融活动、金融组织以及金融体系等的统称，其能够促进农村金融资源配置效率的提高，推动农村金融供给与需求的平衡。……
