【摘 要】论文展开对国际工程管理中施工成本控制的策略研究，其主要目的在于了解当前国际工程管理的现状，及工程施工成本控制情况。在新的发展环境下，国际工程项目不断增多，其项目市场竞争日渐激烈。同时，在诸多因素的影响下，国际工程管理中存在着一定的成本控制不足形象。为此，论文在研究中首先对国际工程管理中施工成本控制存在的问题分析。同时，重点研究国际工程管理中施工成本的控制措施。

【Abstract】This paper launches the strategy research of China's construction cost control for international project management， its main purpose is to understand the current status of international engineering management and the cost control of engineering construction. Under the new development environment， the number of international engineering projects is increasing， and the market environment of the project is becoming more and more intense. At the same time， under the influence of many factors， there is a certain image of lack of cost control in the management of international engineering. Therefore， this paper firstly analyzes the problems of the construction cost control in the international engineering management. At the same time， it focuses on the construction cost control measures in the international engineering management.

1 引言

自“互联网+”时代来临后，我国与其他国家之间的交流与合作日益频繁。与此同时，国际工程管理项目日益增多。无论是国内工程还是国际工程，其施工成本都是工程管理的重要内容。从某种角度而言，在国际工程管理中，加强对国际工程管理的施工人员、设备和材料等的成本控制，对于提高国际工程管理成本控制水平具有重要意义。为此，本文展开对国际工程管理中施工成本控制的策略研究，具有现实的研究价值。

2 国际工程管理中施工成本控制存在的问题分析

2.1 国际工程管理中施工成本控制机制不完善

近年来，随着国际工程项目的不断增多，国际工程管理施工成本控制问题日益凸显出来[1]。通过对国际工程管理中施工成本控制的现状分析，发现其成本控制机制不完善，是其成本控制存在的首要问题。从某种角度而言，施工的员工成本、设备成本和材料成本等，能够凸显出成本控制机制的完善情况。……
