【摘 要】信息技术的发展不断影响着人们的生活和工作方式，大数据时代的到来，使信息的运算和处理能力显著提升，基于大数据构建的信息化企业管理模式将对企业发展产生深远的影响。论文简述了大数据时代的含义，对新时期企业管理模式的变化进行分析，构建了全新的企业管理模型，旨在通过对当前大数据时代企业管理模式的创新研究，寻找企业管理模式存在的问题，并针对性地提出解决方案。

【Abstract】The development of information technology has continuously affected people's life and working style. The advent of the big data age has greatly improved the ability of information operation and processing. The information enterprise management model based on the big data construction will have profound influence on the enterprise development. This paper introduces the meaning of the big data age， analyzes the change of the enterprise management mode in the new period， constructs a fully new enterprise management model， aims at finding the problems of the enterprise management mode through the innovation research of the enterprise management mode in the current big data age， and puts forward the solution.

1 引言

信息技术的发展是21世纪最重要的技术突破，不仅有效促进了互联网和计算机领域的发展，同时将信息化思维渗透至社会生活与生产的各个方面。近年来，服务器硬件性能的突破以及软件处理技术的发展，使得数据的流量和处理量都迎来了指数级的提升，信息技术发展迎来了大数据时代。同时，社会主义市场化程度的提升，也加剧了企业间的竞争，因此，在大数据时代下，通过信息技术优化企业管理模式，积极推动企业结构变革，是新时期企业适应市场竞争的需求，对推动企业更好的盈利与发展具有重要意义。

2 大数据时代的含义

大数据是20世纪80年代后信息技术创新的结果，广义上对其基本定义为：在当前数据量急速增长的环境下，运用信息技术对大量空间数据进行智能分析、集中整理和數据规划的过程[1]。相比传统模式下的信息处理技术，大数据具有数据量大、处理能力强、整体性强的特点。……
