[摘要] 目的 采用Meta分析系统评价血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的血清指标。 方法 通过检索CNKI、WANFANG DATA、VIP、CBM disc及Pubmed数据库，收集血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的随机对照试验，使用Review Mananger 5.3软件进行Meta分析。 结果 合计纳入文献9篇，患者累计1613例。从Meta分析结果可以看出，血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片能够使高血压合并冠心病患者的TG及TC显著降低，从而显著提高两药对高血压合并冠心病患者的疗效。 结论 血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片能有效治疗高血压合并冠心病。

Meta-analysis of serum indicators of hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease treated with Xuezhikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet

[Abstract] Objective To systematically evaluate the serum indexes of Xuezhikang capsule and atorvastatin calcium tablet in hypertensive patients with and coronary heart disease by Meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trials of Xuezhikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were collected by searching CNKI， WANFANG DATA， VIP， CBM disc and Pubmed database. Meta-analysis was performed using Review Mananger 5.3 software. Results 9 articles were included totally， and there were 1613 patients. From the results of Meta analysis， it could be seen that Xuezhikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium could significantly reduce TG and TC in hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease， thereby significantly improving the efficacy of the two drugs on patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Conclusion Xuezhikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium can effectively treat hypertension with coronary heart disease.

冠狀动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（coronary artery disease，CAD）是由冠状动脉粥样硬化而引起的管腔狭窄、痉挛或阻塞，最终导致心肌缺血、缺氧、坏死的一种心脏疾病[1]。高血压是加重冠心病的主要危险因素之一，可加速动脉粥样硬化的过程[2-5]。目前高血压合并冠心病患者的降脂方案主要通过服用他汀类、贝特类或依折麦布等进行干预。但单用他汀类药物往往无法将血脂水平控制在正常范围内，而联用多种降脂药物则会显著增加药物不良反应事件的发生[6]，如药物性肝损伤及横纹肌溶解等。因此，探索新的药物联用降脂方案是当下的研究重点。

血脂康胶囊从中药红曲中提取纯化而来[7]，具有除湿祛痰、活血化瘀、健脾消食之功效，临床主要用于脾虚痰瘀阻滞所致的气短、乏力、头晕、头痛、胸闷、腹胀、食少纳呆等症[8，9]。……
