【摘 要】本文首先分析了“互联网+”时代信息与计算科学专业应用型人才的需求，然后通过对信息与计算科学专业人才培养现状和问题的分析，提出了“互联网+”背景下地方应用型本科院校信息与计算科学专业应用型人才培养的几点建议。

【Abstract】This article analyzes firstly the demand of application-oriented talents in Information and computing science major in the Internet age. Then， through the analysis of the status quo and problems of information and computing science majors， This paper puts forward some suggestions on the training of information and computing science major application-oriented talents in local application-oriented universities under the background of "Internet plus".

“互联网+”概念最早是2012年11月易观国际董事长兼首席执行官于扬首次提出的，“互联网+”的概念随之成为一个热门话题，应用型本科院校作为高素质技术技能型人才培养的阵地，与其他各行各业一样受到了互联网的巨大影响，“互联网+教育”已成为社会热门话题。如果说第一代教育以书本为核心，第二代教育以教材为核心，第三代教育以辅导和案例方式出现，如今的第四代教育，才是真正以学生为核心。中国工程院院士李京文表示，中国教育正在迈向4.0时代。而微课、慕课、翻转课堂、手机课堂是“互联网+教育”的结果。

1 “互联网+”时代的人才需求

“互联网+”时代，对于想要转型的传统行业，最需要两类人才：一类是，互联网技术类人才，包括系统工程师、程序员、大数据管理、数据挖掘等人才；另一类是，具有创新精神且能将互联网相关技术与传统行业有机融合，向新的经济形态转型的人才。截止2017年6月，全國IT类职能网上发布职位数有67万余个，较年初相比增长幅度为19%，和2015年同期相比，涨幅达29%。可见，互联网行业的人才需求还在持续增长中。……
