摘 要 随着我国城市化进程的不断发展，大量农民涌入城市务工发展，致使农村人口下降，而进入城市的农民子女就成为了农村留守儿童。而农村留守儿童的心理健康问题成为了人们日益关注的话题，近年来，国家相关部门也对这些留守儿童的心理健康问题进行了关注，并通过采取一些扶贫政策对其进行扶助，并取得了一定的成就。本文主要对农村留守儿童心理健康问题的影响因素进行研究。

Abstract With the continuous development of urbanization in our country， the influx of a large number of peasants into urban migrant workers has led to the decline of the rural population， while the children of peasants entering the cities have become left-behind children in rural areas. However， the mental health of left-behind children in rural areas has become a topic of increasing concern. In recent years， relevant state departments have also paid attention to the mental health problems of these left-behind children and have assisted them with some pro-poor policies and have achieved certain Achievements. This article mainly studies the influencing factors of mental health problems of left-behind children in rural areas.

1 精準扶贫政策背景下对农村留守儿童心理健康状况进行实地调研的具体实施策略

（1）走入基层实地。所谓眼见为实，耳听为虚，对农村留守儿童心理健康问题的调查研究也是如此，为了保证农村留守儿童心理健康问题调查研究的真实性，若要真正彻底地对农村留守儿童心理健康问题进行研究，必须进行走入基层实地，亲身而为，到农村留守儿童群体的实地中去调查，并与农村留守儿童进行当面沟通，通过一些谈话去了解其内心世界，并耐心倾听他们内心所想，对他们的真实想法进行了解，并对农村留守儿童的情感世界进行感受。

（2）与农村留守儿童父母保持紧密的联系。农村留守儿童的父母大部分都是因为对孩子抚养困难而背井离乡去城市打拼，而农村留守儿童长期与父母保持分离状态，会使留守儿童的心理产生阴影，并且留守儿童非常容易对父母产生思念，因此，若要对农村留守儿童的心理健康进行关心呵护，必须与农村留守儿童父母之间保持密切的联系，并对大部分农村留守儿童与父母之间存在的情感联系进行调查。……
