摘 要 现代学徒制作为传统学徒制和职业学校教育相结合的一种新的发展方向，开展校企联合招生招工、双主体共同培养汽车专业技术技能人才，进行具有中国特色的现代学徒制试点工作，这对提高我国职业技术教育质量、促进青年就业，特别是家庭经济困难学生完成学业具有重要的战略意义。本文以江海学院汽车检测与维修技术专业为例，基于现代学徒制下汽车专业技术技能人才培养进行理论研究与实践，探索出一条具有中国特色的现代学徒制职业教育模式。

Research and Practice of Talents Training in Automotive Technology Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

Abstract The modern apprenticeship system as a new development direction of the combination of traditional apprenticeship and occupation of school education， to carry out cooperation enrollment recruitment， double subject joint training car professional technology， has Chinese features of the modern apprenticeship pilot work， to improve the Chinese vocational technology education quality， promoting youth employment， especially family economic difficulties students complete their studies has important strategic significance. Taking Automobile Inspection and maintenance technology major of Jianghai College as an example， a modern apprenticeship vocational education mode with Chinese characteristics is explored based on the theoretical research and practice of the training of automobile professional skills and talents under the modern apprenticeship system.

现代学徒制作为传统学徒制和职业学校教育相结合的一种新的发展方向，起源于德国。目前德国现代学徒制开展十分普遍，配套制度较为规范，企业参与度高，500人以上的企业学徒制参与率达到91%以上，尽管各个国家开展现代学徒制的形式有一定的差异，但是“双重”身份、“双主体”育人、校企交替、工学结合、实岗培养的本质是一致的。

我国现代学徒制起步较晚，但目前是教育部重点推进的创新发展的試点工作之一。为进一步深化产教融合、完善校企合作双主体育人机制，创新技术技能人才培养模式，2011年6月教育部将新余市的江西职教园区列为国家现代学徒制试点单位；2014年8月教职成[2014]9号文《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》要求各职业院校全面推进现代学徒制试点工作，我国现代学徒制开始由点到面的大范围推进。……
