摘 要 随着我国经济社会快速发展和居民养老观念变迁，老年人的养老需求也与时俱进，要想解决养老难题，全面提高养老服务质量，需要充分了解“老年人迫切需要什么养老服务”，在此基础上科学制定养老保障制度，为不同需求的老年人提供有针对性的养老服务，建立满足老年人个性化需求的养老发展模式，真正解决困扰我们的养老难题。

Analysis on the Pain Point of Dalian Residents' Demand for the

Aged under the Background of Population Aging

Abstract With China's rapid economic and social development and residents pension concept change， the demands of the elderly is also advancing with the times， to solve the pension problem， and comprehensively improve the quality of service pension， the elderly need to fully understand what the urgent need to care service， on the basis of the scientific development of the old-age security system， for the different needs of the elderly in the establishment of old-age pension services， development mode to meet the personalized needs of the elderly， really solve the problems of our pension problem.

随着人口老龄化进程加剧，养老问题已成为我国乃至全世界的热点和难点问题。由于我国属于未富先老、未备先老，早期养老重点主要体现在物质养老方面，但近年来随着我国经济社会的快速发展，人们生活水平不断提升，老年人的物质养老有了很大改善和满足，随着老年人养老观念的转变，老年人精神生活和心理健康问题却引起了全社会的关注。[1]关于养老问题及养老服务发展的研究，之前大多是从“社会能给予老年人什么服务”的角度进行，而不是从“老年人需要什么服务”的角度进行，这不仅导致了我国养老制度与老年人养老实际需求之间的矛盾，而且使老年人的养老需求没有得到满足，还造成了养老资源的极大浪费。

因此，要想解决养老难题，提高居民养老生活满意度，首先需要明确工作思路，先行调查并研究老年群体在养老方面的愿望和实际需求，了解老年人的养老需求是什么，哪些是已经基本满足的，哪些是亟需解决的属于养老需求中的痛点问题。……
