摘 要 “两学一做”学习教育对于推进学生党支部建设具有重大意义，当前高校学生党支部建设取得了显著成效，同时也存在先进性不够、战斗力不强和文化建设薄弱等问题。结合实践经验，围绕“两学一做”常态化制度化、共建机制构建、党支部文化丰富等提出可行性对策，为学生党支部建设提供参考依据。

Universities with "Party Building Studies"

Abstract "Party building studies" has important significance for construction of student Party branch. Remarkable results have been achieved in student Party branch construction， but meanwhile problems do exist： lack of progressiveness， low fighting capacity and weak cultural construction， etc. Based on practical experience， this paper puts forward advices and provides reference for student Party branch construction： normalization and institutionalization of Party building studies， establishment of co-build mechanism， enrichment the culture of Party branch.

“兩学一做”学习教育是推动全面从严治党向基层延伸的有效途径，其中提出的“围绕专题学习讨论”、“创新方式讲党课”、“召开党支部专题组织生活会”等举措对学生党支部建设提出了具体要求。紧密结合“两学一做”学习教育，确保“两学一做”常态化制度化开展，对于扎实发展学生党支部具有指导意义。本文结合台州学院物理与电子工程学院（以下简称“物电学院”）学生党支部的具体做法，重点分析了高校学生党建工作面临的新问题，积极探索和实践以“两学一做”推进学生党支部建设的新模式，努力提升学生党支部的凝聚力和战斗力、发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用。

1 当前高校学生党支部建设存在的问题及原因分析

1.1 学生党支部先进性待提高，理论学习效果欠佳

伴随着社会大环境变化，网络信息“爆炸式”传播，高校学生的入党动机也越来越多样化，部分学生党员的入党动机比较功利，认为入党是增加评奖评优、公务员考试和求职的砝码，入党前后思想、学习和生活作风没有明显进步。……
