【摘 要】目的：观察分析专业志愿护理服务模式在社区居家养老中的应用价值。方法：选取笔者所在社区（在2016年11月-2017年11月）搜集的103位老年人作为实验组（实施专业志愿护理服务模式），再搜集2015年11月-2016年10月搜集的103位老年人作为对照组（未实施专业志愿护理服务模式）。采用统计学分析两组老年人的医疗花费情况、行为生活方式（日常锻炼时间、近90d内是否出现情绪低落、是否吸烟）以及慢性疾病控制情况。结果：实验组医疗花费情况显著少于对照组（P<0.05），实验组老年人行为生活方式优于对照组（P<0.05），实验组慢性慢性疾病控制情况高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：专业志愿护理服务模式在社区居家养老中的应用价值比较高。

Abstract Objective：To observe and analyze the application value of professional volunteer nursing service model in community home care. Methods： select the author's community （in November 2016 November -2017） 103 elderly people collected as the experimental group （the implementation of professional volunteer nursing service mode）， we collected 103 elderly people in November 2015 -2016 year in October collected as control group （non professional volunteer nursing service mode of operation）. The cost of medical care， behavior and lifestyle （daily exercise time， depression or smoking in 90d） and control of chronic diseases in two groups were analyzed statistically. Results： the cost of medical care in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group （P<0.05）， and the behavior lifestyle of the elderly in the experimental group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05）， and the control of chronic chronic diseases in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： the application value of professional volunteer nursing service is higher in community home care.

随着我国社区服务模式的不断发展，社区护理已经成为我国护理事业中的重要内容[1]。社区卫生服务正在完善建设之中，但是因为社区护理工作人员能力有限且资源有限，所以会使得社区护理服务受限。随着居民生活水平的不断提高，社区卫生服务的发展成为现阶段社区卫生服務工作中的不可或缺部分[2]。因此，需要专业护理知识和娴熟的护理操作技术来发挥社区服务作用，继而增强社区居民健康意识，以期提高居民健康水平。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取笔者所在社区（在2016年11月-2017年11月）搜集的103位老年人作为实验组（实施专业志愿护理服务模式），再搜集2015年11月-2016年10月搜集的103位老年人作为对照组（未实施专业志愿护理服务模式）。纳入标准：（1）年龄大于或者等于65岁者；（2）能用语言沟通者。排除标准：（1）外出时间超过6个月以上者；……
