摘要：随着现代科学技术和医疗体制改革的发展，医院档案管理的工作方法、内容和手段也发生着巨大变化，档案工作的重要性逐渐凸显。医院档案管理工作是医院重大决策的主要依据，为适应当前工作要求，应积极创新档案管理工作，建立健全档案管理制度，提高管理人员的专业素质。本文针对医院档案管理的现状进行分析，为强化医院档案管理工作提出相关建议，最终提高医院档案的利用率。

Abstract： With the development of modern science and technology and medical system， the working methods， contents and means of hospital archives management have changed greatly， and the importance of archives work has gradually become apparent. Hospital archives management is the main basis for major hospital decisions. In order to adapt to the current work requirements， we should actively innovate the archives management， establish and improve the records management system， and improve the professional quality of the managers. This paper analyzes the present situation of hospital archives management， puts forward some suggestions for strengthening hospital archives management， and finally improves the utilization rate of hospital archives.

一、 医院档案管理工作创新的必要性

（一） 是医院管理工作提升的要求

医院管理水平的提升，档案管理工作是其重要的一环节。档案管理部门负责保管着医院的各种病历、人事、行政等资料，这些资料既记载着医院的历史和传承过程，又记录医院的各种重要信息。档案管理工作水平的高低，直接影响着医院管理的整体水平。中国社会发展已经进入新时代，国家、社会和人民群众对美好生活的要求越来越高，我们的档案管理工作也要与时俱进。创新是进步的源泉，只有不断创新档案管理工作制度、模式、方法，医院档案管理工作才能跟上时代的步伐，满足人民的要求，为医院管理水平的进步提供助力。
